How padelturn works

From the first click to the trophy in three steps — right in the browser, nothing to install.

  1. 1

    Create a tournament

Pick a name, format and number of participants, then the match format, deuce rule (advantage, golden point or star point) and tie-break. Courts are optional.

  2. 2

    Share the link

Once created, you get an invite link with a QR code. Players sign themselves up — or you add teams directly.

  3. 3

    Play and follow live

Players enter their own scores and the opponents confirm them — or only you as the organizer do. Schedule, bracket and standings update instantly for everyone.

Tournament formats for every event

Whether it's a casual club night or a seeded competition, padelturn supports these formats with automatic pairings and scoring.

Americano

New partners every round: you play with and against as many others as possible. Every point counts, and each player collects them for an individual ranking. Great for mixed groups.

Mexicano

Scored like Americano, but pairings follow the current leaderboard, so players of similar strength keep meeting each other. Rounds are generated one after another.

Knockout bracket from the first round to the final

Knockout

The classic bracket: lose and you're out, winners advance round by round to the final. With seeding and byes when the number of teams isn't a power of two.

Web of lines connecting every team in a group

Round robin

Every team plays every other team once. The table ranks by wins; ties are broken by head-to-head, set difference and game difference — as in the FIP group stage.

Frequently asked questions

How much does padelturn cost?

Nothing right now: padelturn is completely free during the beta — for players and organizers, with no participant limit. Tournaments you create during the beta stay free afterwards, too. Local tournaments without an account are always free.

Do I need an account?

No. Local tournaments work entirely without an account and are stored only in your browser. For online tournaments where players join via a link, you as the organizer need a free account.

What's the difference between Americano and Mexicano?

In both, partners rotate and everyone collects points for an individual ranking. In Americano the schedule is fixed from the start; in Mexicano each round's pairings are based on the current leaderboard.

How do players sign up?

Share your tournament's invite link or QR code, for example in your group chat, and players add themselves. Alternatively, you can enter teams and players directly when creating the tournament.

Who enters the scores?

You decide: only you as the organizer, the players themselves with confirmation from the opposing team, or all participants. Standings and bracket update right away.

Which scoring rules are supported?

You can choose advantage, golden point or star point. Instead of a third set, a match tie-break to 10 or to 7 points can decide the match. Americano and Mexicano matches are played to a fixed number of points.

Can spectators follow the tournament?

Yes. Every online tournament has a public page with schedule, results and standings, plus a spectator view that refreshes automatically — handy for a screen at the club.
